Perhaps the most popular reason people vacation in Africa is safaris. Kenya has almost 40 wildlife reserves. One of the most popular is Massai Mara National Reserve. The Massai Mara National Reserve is located in the northern part of the Greater Serengeti Plains, which borders, Tanzania in the southwest. Lake Victoria, which is world second largest freshwater lake, is also nearby.
Tanzania also has plenty of wildlife reserves for vacationers to visit. The Serengeti National Park is one of the most popular for people to visit. Located in the northern region of Tanzania this 5,700 square mile park is best known for its herds of wildebeests and zebra. Serengeti National Park is also known for its black-maned lions.
I am terrified of wild animals! however, a safari has always sounded really fun to me. I hope to go on one someday.

ReplyDeleteYa a safari is also on my bucket list, I would looove to go see real wildlife in their natural habitat. We didn't even get to make it to Animal Kingdom at Disney lol... Oh well something to look forward to!
